Canny Clever provides a configuration, installation and support service to retail clients, so you can now experience the same level of exceptional service as our business and enterprise clients.

No matter what the problem, we will offer impartial advice, then after initial diagnostics, carry out effective repairs or provide responsive support once you have decided to proceed.
Much of this can be carried out in your own home, either with an engineer onsite or remotely after installing our secure remote access software. Where a repair is more complex, we will collect the equipment and repair it at our repair centre.
We accept payment via credit/debit card using the Square Payment Platform or Paypal. You will receive an immediate receipt by email.
Canny Clever technicians are all trained to the highest standard for the role they perform.
Initial diagnostics will be performed in one of our purpose fitted service centres, sometimes, while you wait.
Our initial diagnostics are free (up to 15 minutes).
We beleive in fair pricing with no hidden charges.
Once initial diagnostics are completed, our technician will discuss the options with you, once agreed, written confirmation will be provided.
If you decide to proceed, the work will be carried out as soon as possible. In many cases, we can offer a same-day service.
Canny Clever offer a range of new equipment, along with equipment refurbished to an as-new condition, backed by warranty.
We currently stock computers, montiors, keyboards and mice, aimed at our small business clients. More bespoke equipment can be sourced and supplied from a range of manufacturers.
