Our Current Position
In line with Government Advice, Royal Quays Outlet Centre is open to support retailers who are still allowed to trade, however, our Royal Quays IT Service Centre is now TEMPORARILY CLOSED to the public.
Our key staff are continuing to work behind the scenes at our IT Service Centre, to provide essential services for business and retail customers. We are currently operating our telephone service between 10am and 4pm daily (7 days).
Ship To Store Collections
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to facilitate collections of products or items from Wish.com that have been ordered using a Ship To Store option. This is because our IT Service Centre is closed to the public and the need for us to protect our key staff.
Repair Collections / Deliveries
We have suspended our FREE collection and delivery service for repairs and upgrades across Newcastle, North Tyneside and South East Northumberland.

Orders Placed After March 24th
Our supply chain are working with us to ensure that orders placed after 24th March are delivered in the fastest possible time.
Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered within two business days where it is safe to do so.
Where stock is not currently available, our website will indicate that ‘Back Order’ is possible, please contact us in advance of ordering and we will speak to our supply chain to determine the likely delivery date.
