Our Operations During the COVID Pandemic

Our website continues to operate normally, with next working day deliveries provided by DPD.
Overseas sales into the EU may be subject to some disruption, however, we are still accepting orders.
Our IT Service Centres are CLOSED to the public, however they are operating behind the scenes to provide services to our customers.
While you are permitted to leave home for “basic necessities” we would urge all our customers to contact us by telephone in the first instance (0191 814 3777). We can arrange doorstep collection and delivery of computers, faulty laptops etc.
We can arrange for customers to pre-book a collection or drop off at our Royal Quays IT Service Centre in a socially distanced manner, BUT we are unable to allow customers into our service centre. We will ask you to leave any items at our door, then step back while we retrieve them.
We are urging all business customers to contact us by phone in the first instance (0191 814 3777).
Where a site visit is required, we will only visit COVID-Secure premises, wearing appropriate PPE. After-Hours appointments are available to minimise staff contact.
