These adapters are designed to split or interface between RJ11, RJ45 and the UK telephone plug, often referred to as a BT plug, in varying configurations. This could be RJ11 to UK, ideal for attaching a fax machine to a standard BT socket, or it could be a simple modular connector to attach two RJ45 cables together.
